So during the Covid-19 lock downs of 2020-21 I decided to say yes to every opportunity I had to take live music pictures. One of those was a backyard concert in Alexandria, VA. I had seen 2 of the 4 members of Red Medicine at Jammin Java a few weeks before. They liked the pictures and asked if I would be interested in taking pictures at their weekly backyard shows. I said yes and started going. One of the first people there I really talked with was Amanda Dove. She’s really talented and an extremely kind person. Taken with my Canon EOS R.
