Lez Zeppelin

Growing up my favorite band was always Led Zeppelin and my favorite solo artist was Bowie. To be honest they both still are. I can listen to them anytime. Thinking about it I’m sure there are Bowie tribute acts, but don’t think I’ve heard of any let alone seen them (Mike Garson’s Celebrating David Bowie excepted since it’s filled with musicians who played with Bowie). On the other hand, there are a lot of Led Zeppelin tribute bands and I’ve seen more than a few of them. Lez Zeppelin is my favorite of the bunch and their drummer Leesa is one of the reasons for that. I had see them the month before , but still missed the band, so I drove to Ardmore, PA to see them. It was my first time there and my first time at the venue which I really loved and would recommend to anyone in the Philly area. The venue staff were great as well. Anyway I never get good shots of drummers, so I’ve included this one here (edited to add I just noticed how many good drummer pictures I’ve posted lately, so let me change that to almost never).
